These are wonderful for bedtime and meditation; hand-sewn either from my marbled silk or store-bought cottons and filled with flax seed, rice and lavender from Tasmania, France, or my own garden. WARNING: do not fold up into bed sheets and put in the washing machine, or you'll be ordering another one!
